3v3 SPRING SESSION

Beginning March 31st and running through the middle of April

Age groups

Skaters from all organizations are invited to participate.  Limited spots are available so register quickly.  If enough interest, there maybe additional time slots created.  Players could register with up to 2 other skaters to create a line.  Teams will be capped at 6 players.  This is designed to be a competitive and fun environment.  These sessions are non-checking and any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.  Payment must be received in full before the skater can participate.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
My child’s participation is solely voluntary. I understand that my child’s participation should not result in personal injury to him or her. However, I acknowledge that in the event of physical injury to him or her resulting from participation in the Blades Blue Line Club Workouts/Skills, no medical treatment or monetary compensation will be provided by Blades Blue Line Club, its staff, Sterns Sports Arena, or its staff. I must look to my own health insurance policies. I understand that the above named are not held liable for accidents, injuries or loss, however caused, from the drills or techniques associated in whole or part from the Blades Blue Line Club.  By submitting below you are agreeing to the above terms.
